Sunday Worship

From fun and interactive children’s ministries to Gospel-centered worship and messages, Sunday morning is a place where you can meet new people, get plugged into the Coral Ridge community, and encounter the liberating power of God’s Gospel. Below you will find some helpful information on what to expect when you’re here. We want your visit to feel as comfortable as possible, so be sure to contact us if you should have any questions; you can also speak with a greeter or staff member when you arrive. Here are a few details to help you know what to look forward to:

Parking
Parking is located in the front, south side, and rear of the church building. Our overflow lot is located on the Westminster Academy field, across the street from the church building, on 56th Street. Parking for expecting mothers is located on the north side of the church building, near the circle drive. If you should have any trouble finding a spot when you arrive, a parking volunteer will be happy to assist.

Arriving
Next, you will be greeted by a volunteer who is excited to see you. Our volunteers are here to welcome you, answer any questions you may have, and offer directions to anywhere on campus.

Kids
Little Ridge: 10-weeks to 5 years
Caring for your infants and children during the Sunday service is a top priority, and Little Ridge is a fun, engaging environment for your little ones. Children can be checked in at the Little Ridge main desk, located on the north side of our campus. A room for nursing mothers is available in the Little Ridge area with a live-stream of the main service.

Kid Ridge: Grades K – 5th grade
Our goal is that your children will encounter God, feel loved, and have fun! They will experience meaningful worship, games and activities, and engage with God’s Word. Check-in is located at the Kid Ridge kiosks in the Fellowship Hall on the southeast side of the campus, or in the Narthex. Kids will sit in the service with their families for worship and are dismissed to Kid Ridge after the offertory.

Security
We make every effort to ensure you and your children have a safe experience at Coral Ridge. All volunteers in our children’s ministries go through an extensive screening process before they can volunteer. Security volunteers watch both children’s ministry areas throughout the service. Other security staff and volunteers, as well as a Ft. Lauderdale police officer, protect our campus each week so you can be safe and secure as you worship.

Pre-Service Bible Apps
Bible Application Courses are at 10:10am and are a great way to connect and dive deeper into a particular topic or book of the Bible. Little Ridge and Kid Ridge are also available during that time. You can find a full list of classes here

Worship Service
We have two worship services: 9 (traditional) and 11am (contemporary).

Seating
An usher can help guide you to the best seat available. Our "Family Room" is available for families with small children, located in the back of the Sanctuary.

Dress
From ethnicity to background, to the clothes people wear, we have a very diverse group of people that worship with us. We want you to be comfortable, so feel free to dress casually or wear your Sunday best!

Communion
We celebrate Communion together once per month. Communion is served to the congregation as they come forward to the front, guided by ushers. The bread is dipped into the cup as a blessing is received from an elder or pastor. Gluten-free elements are located near the north spiral staircase. If you are unable to walk forward, please notify an usher, and elements will be brought to your seat.

Spanish Translation
We offer live Spanish translation during both services. Please stop by the info desk in the Narthex to pick up a Spanish translation headset.

Live Stream
We live stream both services (in English & Spanish) here.

Connecting
We would love the opportunity to meet you. Immediately following the service, please stop by the Narthex (located in the back of the Sanctuary) to fill out a connect or volunteer card, sign up for events, and meet some of our pastors and staff. Our Welcome Center (located on the west side of the property, near the back parking lot), is where coffee and our bookstore are located before and after the service.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
