This lively group of seniors gains strength from the Scriptures, learns information useful to their stage of life, and then feasts on a delicious lunch. We meet one Monday each month from September through May at 10:30am in Fellowship Hall Bay D to enjoy good Christian inspiration and fellowship. Our program includes a time of devotions followed by a program that has included recognizing memory problems and where to get help to a special musical presentation by the elementary students at Westminster Academy®. We often have contests (such as modeling Easter bonnets with prizes offered in various categories). And then our growling tummies are sated by a feast fit for the sons and daughters of the King. Meal reservations are due to Guy Metzger (954.334.5043) by noon on the Tuesday before the meeting.
The Keen-Agers also enjoy day trips to places like Vizcaya or Butterfly World.
Are you tired of that expensive medicine? Then join other merry hearts at Keen-Agers as we are uplifted by the prescription of fun and laughter (A joyful heart is good medicine. Proverbs 17:22)
There are plenty of September activities to choose from (click here for details).
