Abuse
Abuse can happen to anyone, even Christians. Perhaps it was in childhood, as a teenager, or even as an adult that you experienced abuse. Maybe now you need the touch of the Lord. That is why we are here. LiFE Ministries (Living in Freedom and Empowerment) is committed to helping people experience the respectful relationships that God intends and to help those affected by abusive experiences to heal. We desire that every woman, man and child is safe and enjoying relationships that honor the Lord. We want to help you feel the love of God, but mostly we want to bring you to the only One who can heal the broken-hearted.
We currently offer two groups: Healing the Broken Places Bible study provides support and biblical answers for those who have experienced domestic abuse. New class starting in January.
At Boundaries, you will learn how to establish and maintain healthy boundaries in relationships. The next class will begin in September, 2012.
We also offer counseling and support to individuals and groups, provided by professional counselors.
